Due to the success of the Tekken 6 Ranking Battles in Gamerbase Manchester, from Sunday the 13th December we will be running Ranking Battles across all the Gamerbase Centres! Thats right, Gamerbases Glasgow, Reading and London will all be running fortnightly Tekken 6 Ranking Battles for your fighting pleasure!
Your accumulated points over the season will be monitored through this website and compared between the other stores, with the intention of inviting the very top players from each store to a final to prove who has what it takes to be a champion!
The prizes for each individual Ranking battle will be:
◦ 1st - £30 HMV Voucher
◦ 2nd - £10 HMV Voucher
◦ 3rd - £10 of Gamerbase Gaming Time
The overall season winner from each centre will receive a Tekken 6: Arcade Stick Bundle including a copy of the game, a wireless Hori arcade stick and a limited edition artbook! This really is the perfect opportunity to prove yourself with Tekken and to walk away with some superb prizes!
The cost to enter a Ranking Battle is £5 per player. Obviously the more ranking battles you enter throughout the season will give you a greater chance of walking away with the Arcade Stick first prize and season champion, but you can enter as many or as few as you like.
Your points balance throughout the season will be available to view at any time through this website. Even if you don't finish in the top spot, fear not, there will be a secondary 'frag-lotto' prize awarded to someone, so there is always something to take part for.
